What is a LifeParticle?
LifeParticle is a term coined by meditation expert Ilchi Lee and refers to the smallest energy particles that compose all of life. He created it to help people visualize the powerful life energy available to all humanity. LifeParticles can be considered the building blocks of all life and with them one has the potential to create anything.
What do LifeParticles do?
Often called the Law of Attraction or the Power of Intention, human beings have the ability to manifest anything with their minds.
The bridge between the mind and the material world is LifeParticles. Because LifeParticles comprise all matter and information, thoughts and actions become things and events.
LifeParticles affect and are affected by the mind. With your mind you can send and receive LifeParticles. Because LifeParticles are both the energy and matter of all life, by directing LifeParticles toward a goal or person, you can manifest what you want for yourself and others.
The clearer you are mentally and emotionally, and the more benevolent your purpose, the more easily and powerfully you can send LifeParticles toward a person or goal. Methods like meditation, yoga, Reiki, etc., are useful in creating the best state of mind for using LifeParticles.
How do we use LifeParticles?
To send LifeParticles, calm your mind and emotions, and with a pure, sincere heart, bring a person or situation to mind and focus on it completely. Imagine the situation how you would like it to be, and feel how you would feel if that vision came to pass.
You can send LifeParticles to many people at once, or many people can send them together—whether or not they are in the same place. With the strong power of joined intention, a collective change of consciousness can result. Individuals who have gathered to practice sending and receiving LifeParticles as part of a collaborative healing experience have testified to a feeling of unconditional love and oneness they didn’t imagine was possible with strangers.
LifeParticle Sun Meditation
To prepare your mind to give and receive LifeParticles, you can use this image of the LifeParticle Sun. Its colors and lines represent the essence of LifeParticles and therefore of life itself. It will help your mind connect to and align with that essence and bring you peace and joy, even just by staring at it.

1. Relax your neck and shoulders. Straighten your back in a comfortable sitting or standing posture. Breathe comfortably.
2. Hold the LifeParticles Card with your hand and look at the image of the star in the center.
3. After gazing at the image for a while, close your eyes while retaining the image in your mind.
4. Visualize the LifeParticle Sun emitting bright golden light and LifeParticles entering the central point between your eyebrows.
5. Imagine golden LifeParticles flowing down from your brain to your throat, chest, and lower abdomen, spreading throughout your body and along your spine.
6. Feel the changes in your body with your eyes closed.
Your head becomes cooler.
Your chest is warm and open.
Your lower abdomen is hot and filled with energy.
Your lower back is straight and your whole body encapsulated with bright golden light.
7. You can send LifeParticles to a specific part of your body by intentionally focusing on that part or by placing the LifeParticles Card on a specific part of your body.
8. Finish by deeply inhaling and exhaling, then rub your palms together and sweep them over your face and neck to refresh your energy.
